Return most messages same day, all messages within 24 hours. **Weekly pick ups (local clients only), discuss & handle any issues, spend time with staff for troubleshooting or software training when needed. **Hourly, Daily, and weekly back up of all computer information kept in a fireproof lock box, as well as on internal and external hard drives and 2 coastal off site locations. All paperwork stored in locked file cabinets. We maintain confidentiality and privacy for patients and doctors/providers. **Customized daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting at your preference. Attend staff meetings at your request.
